The NCCJ Walk As One Walk-a-thon

The Walk As One Walk-a-thon is an easy step in making a big difference.  As part of a national fundraising initiative, the Alabama Walk As One is one of 25 walks happening around the country.

By walking individually or as part of a team, you can raise important funds to insure that NCCJ Alabama programs can continue to serve and strenghten our community.  So collect pledges of any amount from people that you know.  (It's only a 3 mile walk so pledges are not necessarily per mile.)

Walk teams come in all shapes and sizes.  Houses of worship, schools, companies, agencies, social organizations and families celebrate through 3 miles of downtown Birmingham.  There are entertainment acts along the way, as well as food and fun back at the park.
